Natoora is leading a food system revolution. We are committed to transforming the supply of fruit & vegetables by sourcing them direct from small-scale growers. Ultimately our goal is to create a more meaningful and responsible food system that preserves seed varieties, growing techniques and traditions that are threatened by modern industrial farming and supermarket culture.

Delivering radically seasonal produce to almost 1000 restaurants across London, New York and Paris, we shape the menus of some of the world’s most influential and forward-thinking chefs. Our goal is to show them the positive impact they can have on the food system by keeping their menus seasonal and sustainable.

We also engage directly with home cooks in our stores and concessions across London, actively changing the way people understand fresh produce and encouraging everyone to cook more seasonally.


We’re looking for a Lead Graphic Designer to drive a revolution of the food system through bold, arresting visuals. This role requires a confident designer with a conscience, who is able to combine creative spark, lateral thinking and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving to deliver striking campaigns across our digital and physical channels. As part of our growing Brand team, you will have a knack for distilling complex ideas into simple, effective designs and know how to deliver your artwork with conviction and integrity.

We supply some of the most forward-thinking chefs in the restaurant industry as well as educating retail consumers who might be less knowledgeable about fresh produce. With Natoora outposts in London, Paris & New York, a wide-ranging skill-set will be essential in order to capture the imaginations of an ever-widening audience. Whether you’re illustrating the complex growing methods behind our sand-forced radicchio or debunking myths surrounding buzzwords like “organic,” a fearlessly innovative, flexible approach to visual communication will be crucial in order to make sure our revolutionary message gets heard and has a lasting impact on food culture.

Taking the graphic lead on materials for both our wholesale and retail teams, you will have at least 5 years of experience using Indesign, Photoshop & Illustrator. With an inside-out understanding of printing processes, resolution & colour management, you’ll have an eye for typography and always be looking to other brands and disciplines to inform truly original concepts that stand ahead of curve. You'll have experience researching and designing packaging from start to finish and will be as determined to remove plastic from the supply chain as we are.

Due to the wide range of marketing collateral we produce in-house, you’ll be confident in juggling several projects at once and willing to push the boundaries of what you already know. You will inspire the team with your ideas while always remaining adaptable and open to feedback. Most importantly, you’ll be bright, inventive and honest, with a social conscience as well as a passion for incredible food and brilliant design. ● You have 5+ years experience as Graphic Designer
