As a Traffic Manager with a few years experience, you already know how integral this role is to an agency. Our London based client is keen to find this key member for their team who will use their excellent organisation and interpersonal skills to provide a clear vision of allocations for upcoming work. Ideally, you will have worked in an integrated agency and have experience managing workflow across creative, digital, and content teams.

• Ideally, have 3-5+ years experience within an integrated traffic/ workflow/ studio management team.
• Are a true multitasker able to hold multiple perspectives and collaborate to reach positive outcomes.
• Have a sound understanding of digital & print production processes which enhance your ability to make meaningful resourcing suggestions.
• Are approachable and listen to others and respect their contribution while maintaining an ability to push back when necessary.
• Often described as calm, dependable, adaptable, thorough and solutions driven.
• Are supportive and view your ownership of workflow within the team as a key position in the short and long game of the agency.
• Are creative in nature and use your lateral thinking to solve problems.
• Commercially aware and marry your understanding of budgets seamlessly with creative vision.

Key responsibilities:

• Scheduling all resource accurately. Focusing on empowering all creatives to complete work on time and on budget.
• Championing effective internal communication, understanding motivations and desired outcomes will help everyone move towards a clear plan for exceptional work.
• Understanding the skillsets across the departments to reduce risk and increase opportunities.
• Arrange and lead weekly meetings and update the resource planner daily.
• Partner with the Senior Management team to collaborate on allocations.
• Raise issues with resource in advance of potential harm of quality, cost, time loss.
• Highlight freelance needs and establish good working relationships with freelancers and agencies.
• Monitor holiday requests, sickness and onboarding, trying to keep consistency across projects as much as possible.
