We are looking for a part-time/full-time Digital Designer to join our exciting Digital Growth Agency.

After an exciting year for Luminate Digital, a fantastic and promising career opportunity has become available for a new Designer.

Luminate has recently undertaken a huge internal rebrand and seeks the brilliant mind of an innovative graphic designer to take the company by the reins and lead it into a new dimension.

Luminate specialises in all things digital and boasts successful clients in the technology, healthcare, property, and recruitment sectors.

We’re looking for a designer who will greatly enhance our digital platform and bring new ideas to the table on a regular basis.

Day-to-day work at Luminate will see a candidate working on a range of digital projects including: web design, editorial, digital marketing, motion, iconography, eCommerce, case studies, infographics, social media, guidelines, branding and much more!

Located at WeWork Spinningfields, the successful candidate can experience a studio environment like no other. The facilities include 3 communal areas, an open plan kitchen, meeting rooms, Fussball tables, showers, and a free bar to enjoy after work.

On top of that Luminate also offers an option to work part-time, remotely from home. Monthly meetings at the studio are essential but include the team getting together to discuss all things Luminate as well as experiencing the luxury that Is WeWork Spinningfields.

The Role:

We have a culture within our business where new ideas and creativity can thrive. At Luminate you will be given plenty of creative freedom, internally and for all our clients.

Reporting to the Technical Manager, the Graphic Designer will develop a series of Digital products to engage audiences and meet the needs of both clients and the company itself. From concept through to execution, you will improve UI and UX by bringing to life our brand, our client’s brands, and keeping it consistent across all of our various touch points.

You should be able to:

* Manage your own projects and prioritise to ensure on-time delivery
* Be organised, with strong attention to detail and time management skills
* The ability to adapt quickly to change
* Work well individually but also within the Luminate team
* Be an effective communicator, both written and verbally
* Confident delivering a project from start to finish with little guidance
* Experience working across all digital platforms and devices, including design for different screen sizes
* An excellent eye for detail
* A firm understanding of typographic principles
* Be a self-motivated individual with the ability to perform well and stay calm under pressure
* Liaise with clients and provide technical support where required
* Take a keen interest in your own continual professional development
* To keep up to date with new software developments and current design trends
* Able to abide by strict company brand guidelines

You have:

* A degree in design or design related course
* Experience working in a digital agency
* Excellent knowledge of Adobe software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, XD, & After Effects).
* Creative and analytical skills.
* Motion skills are desirable but not essential
* Basic understanding of HTML & CSS
