The role reports directly into the Senior/Lead Strategist with additional support from the Junior Strategist(s).

This role is responsible for the strategic delivery of client requests across their key social channels, regular client meetings, strategic planning, overseeing campaign delivery with knowledge of monthly content plans, community management, content creation and reporting.

Your role is to work closely with your direct report who will assist with smooth client management and strategic oversight of campaigns and delivery. They will provide regular 1-2-1 time for you to share updates in order for them to give guidance and support your development.

A key part of the role will be to act as a support for the growth of Junior Strategists - assisting in onboarding and development in order for them to take on delivery of content plans, social posting, community management, briefing and reporting. However ultimate responsibility for this lies with the Senior Strategy team.

Areas of Responsibility:

- Delivering the strategic social media management across your client base with the help of Junior Strategists.
- Overseeing all content calendars, community management, content creation and reporting across client base.
- Contributing to the creation of decks.
- Ensuring the monthly budget spread sheets’ are up to date with help from Junior Strategists. Have a clear understanding of how/where spend should be invested across clients.
- Strategic planning through content, copy, platform and budgeting.
- Attending regular client updates, calls and meetings and presenting reports.
- Taking part in client-critical discussions having an impact on decision-making.
- Inputting into media plans and ad strategy alongside the Paid Media Manager and the senior team.
- Awareness of the company’s full client portfolio and supporting other teams to deliver campaigns and client projects where scope allows.
- Supporting clients other agencies (media, PR etc) with workflow where necessary.
- Leading regular team brainstorms
- Sharing and presenting internal learnings with the wider team
- Supporting new business and agency promotion.
- Proficient use of Insight and Listening tools
