The Job Description

An opportunity for a junior associate to work as part of a small team on a range of projects from strategy to management, with the chance of gaining insight into the various facets of the industry

- Carrying out mainly day-to-day project management but also assisting with research, copywriting and contributing to strategy when needed
- Handling of our social media channels
- Carry out ad hoc office duties and admin support to Directors (including organisation of files, folders, meetings, bookings, travel, timelines)
- Putting presentations together
- Helping organise production and implementation of projects
- Liaising and contracting collaborators and suppliers
- Contributing to solving briefs with project teams
- Contributing to scoping and contracting new projects
- Maintaining clear communication throughout projects
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and collaborators
- Compilation of The Weekly: An internal weekly round-up of contemporary culture news


- Positive and proactive, solutions driven and welcoming new challenges
- Process driven, organised and methodical with a high attention to detail
- A good eye for aesthetic and design
- Multi-tasker
- Willingness to work across a variety of mediums; both print and digital
- Confident communicator with some experience communication across clients, collaborators and internal teams
- Culturally astute, up to date with latest trends and talents from the creative industries, with an interest and background in research
- A good understanding of social media platforms and how they can be used to promote our content and wider cultural activity
- The ability to contribute and play an active part in a small and busy team
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay agile and motivated in a time-pressured working environment


- Some experience in writing content and copy is preferable.
- Good knowledge of Keynote, Power Point, Excel and other basic softwares. Knowledge of InDesign a plus.
- A Professional level of English language. More languages is a plus.


Role: Freelance, Part Time or Full Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am - 6pm
Location: Studio 3E, 26 Shacklewell Lane, London, E8 2EZ
Provisional starting date: Early May
