About us:

Waste is an independent digital creative agency founded in 2006 on the principle of cutting out unnecessary agency fluff in favour of urgency, expertise and a no-fuss attitude. We call this approach Maximum Digital. Minimum Nonsense.

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for an Office Assistant to join our award-winning team in our Farringdon offices.

You’ll need to be highly organised, pro-active and passionate. This role will focus on facilities, reception and administrative tasks.

We are looking for someone enthusiastic, meticulous and willing to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in, as they will be assisting the Office Manager in the day to day running of the studio.

The successful applicant will have:
- Able to take initiative and work calmly under pressure
- Confident demeanour, enthusiastic and friendly
- Excellent time management skills and multi-tasking abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organised
- Friendly, approachable and keen to help

Your duties will be to:
- Answering the door and telephone
- Organising travel – trains, taxis, flights, hotels
- Maintaining the kitchen and studio
- Running errands
- Ordering stationery and kitchen supplies
- Organise lunch & refreshments as required (for clients)
- Greet guest/clients and organise refreshments
- Process & maintain petty cash
- General filing/admin duties
- Use company credit cards to purchase supplies & retain receipts for processing
- Raise purchase orders
