The School of Communication Arts 2.0 is a social enterprise organisation, training adults in the creative fields. We run an intensive 1-year course for people who are interested in the disciplines of Copywriting and Art Direction for Advertising and Media.

Based on the 4th floor of a 200 year old church building in Brixton, we are ranked as one of the best creative schools in the UK and one of the most awarded schools in the world.

The school is supported and sponsored by the top Creative Agencies of the UK.

We are looking for a new junior team member to assist the Studio and Operations Manager with running the school.

Responsibilities include;

- Managing industry mentor visits to the school
• Booking visiting mentors from London’s top agencies, media owners and brands into the studio each day and ensuring their time is used effectively with the students
• Welcoming visitors to the studio and facilitating their time
• Managing the administration of mentor and student calendars
• Maintaining and updating the school’s CRM database

- Social Media management

- Events Assisting
• Working with the management team to run events including Sponsor events, end of year student showcase (Portfolio Day) and seasonal parties

- Managing Studio Equipment
• Ensuring school recording equipment is correctly logged, checked out and in, in good working order and charged ready for use (where necessary).

- Ad Hoc responsibilities
• Assisting Studio Manager with coordinating student interview days once a month
