We are looking for a passionate Senior Creative / Conceptual Designer who is hungry to do the best work in their career and help us blow the socks off our client. Someone who will champion the craft and raise the bar for excellence in digital campaign creative, design and development – as well as an eye across all other media and channels. Someone who can generate those big campaign ideas, that actually translate into quality campaign deliverables. This role is about leading by example. To create great work that inspires the rest of the team but ultimately the client.

We’re looking for an experienced hands-on Senior Creative Designer/Art Director with a Digital bias who has strong views on what great work is. Someone who has an abundance of integrated campaign experience, from experiential DOOH to rich and engaging online banner ads. Who will put their stamp on everything they touch and will make an immediate impact on the client, the digital campaign teams and the wider media teams.

In terms of cultural fit you are naturally confident, tech-savvy, self-motivated and have a positive urban energy about you. You remain calm under pressure and are able to work to tight deadlines, while being happy to support the wider team to help the agency continue to produce exceptional work.

Essential Skills and Experience:

- An online portfolio showcasing Instagram stories, rich media units and HTML5 ads
- Must be proficient in the use of Adobe CS software; Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash
- Strong professional experience with background of working within a top creative team
- Recognised expertise in art direction and interaction design
- Proven understanding of digital advertising campaigns and core design principles
- Comprehensive awareness of current and emerging web technologies and trends
- Expert knowledge of all steps required in the creative development process, including providing clear - creative direction, giving timely and helpful coaching and producing work cost effectively and on schedule
- Desire to continue learning and developing your skillset
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and enjoy working in a collaborative environment with creatives, strategists, producers, technologists, developers and designers
- Excellent client-facing presentation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Passion – truly believes in the power of communication and an ambition to create work people care about
- Curiosity – of other people and the world around us

Desirable Skills:

- A strong new business background and a successful pitch history.
- Skilled at adapting and enhancing design and direction from offline media for digital, motion and interactive media
- 4 years digital agency experience


- Experience in a similar Art Director level role is good but not essential
- Senior Digital/Integrated Designers looking for a step up would also be considered
