Beyond Luxury Media is a handcrafted media company dedicated to creating industry-changing marketplaces for the high-end travel market. We believe in building a passionate community and providing a dynamic forum where travel innovation and artistry are discussed and celebrated.

We are looking for a talented Creative Artworker to focus on the production of signage, printed collaterals and digital artworks. You will be working on six in-house brands, from finding creative solutions through to the execution of final delivery. The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate both commercial awareness and a highly creative approach in artworking, producing and delivering a wide array of designs across different mediums.

A Day In The Life:
• Creating, preparing, proofing and checking print ready artwork
• Take ownership of assigned projects.
• Liaise with the Senior Designers to understand the business aims and targets of each design project briefed across our brands.
• Liaising with suppliers and finding cost-efficient solutions as well as innovative ideas for optimal design delivery
• Preparing layouts, formatting text to stylesheets and preparing files for printers.
• Creating print ready artwork for use by various departments.
• Ensure that all artwork work is delivered according to our brands identity guidelines.
• Keep up to date with trends and innovating concepts in design and event experience.

About You:
• You will be proficient with Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• You’ll have knowledge of large-scale installation production/best materials.
• You have impeccable attention to detail and deadlines are essential.
• You’re a self Starter and be able to learn quickly.
• You have the ability to work under pressure and be flexible as part of a small team.
• You have excellent time management.
• You are proactive, ambitious, and unafraid to take initiative.
• You are a problem-solver and able to react quickly to events.
• You have a breadth of thinking across multiple channels.
• You have excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to professionally represent the company.
• You are willing and available to travel if required.

• 2-3 years experience in a similar role, ideally in a related industry.
• Experience with event design, environmental design and large-scale print are essential.
• Comfortable with receiving feedback from fellow creative as well as marketing managers and event directors.
• Resilient and versatile, the ideal candidate will always find the perfect balance between cost and visual impact.
