We are looking for a vibrant, highly organised and creatively aware project manager to join our core creative agency team. With a broad range of responsibilities, this is a multifaceted role that demands superlative organisational skills, proven communication skills (both written and verbal), an element of business nous, and a willingness to work long hours when necessary to get the job done.

Key responsibilities:
- Take on project management of multiple agency projects
- Organise the creative team’s sometimes complex schedule to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of project elements
- Liaise with clients at all stages of a project, from pitch to completion
- Ensure project deliverables are on track and on-brief according to the project contract
- Liaise with suppliers and printers to ensure timely delivery of assets, and check them to make sure they meet spec
- Assist with organising freelances (design, digital/web, et al) when necessary
- Monitor budgets, both internal and against project costings, to ensure financials are kept on track
- Handle the client invoicing schedules and make sure that invoices are being chased
- Contribute to the strategy and design teams’ creative process
- Assist with writing proposals and pitches
- Oversee day-to-day management across all touchpoints
- Implement processes and workflows to improve day-to-day operations of the agency
- Monitor billable hours and ensure that hours are logged on a per-project basis
- Liaise with and coordinate across the editorial, intelligence, commercial, events and support teams within the wider Group where necessary

Requirements:
- Creative agency experience, minimum 2 years
- Strong and demonstrable planning and organisational skills essential
- Understanding of the branding, marketing, creative and strategy delivery process
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Experience of managing clients and client relationships
- Ability to negotiate with external suppliers
- Self-motivated multi-tasker
- Willingness to work beyond normal hours when necessary, and still be able to laugh
- Ability to assist with business administration and business development aspects
- Supreme calmness under pressure
- Knowledge of Microsoft/Google suite essential; InDesign a bonus
- Working knowledge of Trello, Streamtime or other project management tools an advantage
- Knowledge of the yachting/superyachting industry an advantage but not essential
