Our Leicester office is looking for a talented and ambitious Junior Front-End Developer to contribute HTML, CSS and Front-End build expertise to digital projects and be responsible for quality creative output of the agency. A big part of our output is in digital communications for our client. We deliver engaging and immersive experiences for some great brands, making simple stories jump out of the screen.


Essential skills and key responsibilities:
• Front-end HTML, Javascript and CSS development skills but a desire to deliver increasingly innovative solutions is what we’re looking for. Motion graphics experience would be an advantage
• Ambition to develop skills outside the primary roles such as .NET and PHP CMS platforms including Umbraco and Wordpress
• Creative appreciation is essential, though your approach to dynamic and proactive thinking and problem-solving is what we’re really looking for. Your passion and attitude to everyday creative solutions should be infectious
• To learn and provide specialist HTML email build knowledge
• Having the ability to fully understand and follow briefs
• Help in growing the agency’s digital business by delivering market‐leading work
• Interpretation of digital feedback and delivery of amends
• Maintenance of project records with relevant history to assist in the invoicing of all jobs

You should be able to have clearly demonstrable HTML5 and CSS skills, with a flair for creativity and a desire to make our digital output second to none. This role would suit a talented graduate looking for their big break into the creative industry or an emerging agency talent in the early years of a blossoming career. Attitude is considered as important as experience.
