We are a digital agency based in the heart of Shoreditch and we are looking for a talented Digital Artworker to join our design team. We have two offices, one in London and the other one in Bristol.


Under the Senior Lead Designer, you will be working with one of our main clients, as well as some other projects assisting our design team. You will have a willingness to learn and develop your craft, be open to critique and able to articulate your work. You will be able to analyse a brief and deliver all of its key objectives to deadline demonstrating a creative flair and an eye for detail. Ability to keep work accurate and consistent is very important in this role.


The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years experience in digital design and artworking.


What You Will You Be Doing


- Creation and production artwork for use across different channels and mediums. This includes eCRM (Dotmailer and Mailchimp), DM, presentations, website banners following pre-set specifications and templates.


- Rolling out visuals for campaigns based upon a confirmed creative direction.


- Work with the Lead designer and the design team to ensure the integrity of the original design concept.


- Keeping the artwork files tidy and follow the established file structure of the agency.


- Ensuring that all executions are produced in a customer focused manner with regard to readability, usability, functionality and performance.


- Preparing web assets for build to pass onto the DEV team.


- Be a part of weekly creative catch-ups and occasionally participate in brainstorms.


- Logging your timesheets against every job.


- Concept, ideation and research


Key Skills


- Be fully confident in using Sketch App, Craft and InVision as these are the main tools we are using for producing assets for web.


- Be competent in Adobe Creative Suite, mainly Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign.


- Have good understanding of setting up files for print in Indesign to be able to produce print DMs, as well as different types of formats and printing methods. Writing print specs following a template.


- Good organisational skills with the ability to multitask, work at pace and to tight deadlines.


- Ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative and flexible way.


- Detail oriented down to pixel-perfect implementation.


- Be aware of all sizes and formats for creating assets for social media.


- Working with Google Slides / Docs / Sheets, PowerPoint and Keynote.


- Bonus skills: Motion/animation, basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
