Why Not Associates is a British graphic design studio with a global reach. We turn our appetite for design into commercial success for clients large and small in the arts, business, government and public section. For over 30 years we’ve been creating innovative work in many different media, including corporate identity, digital design, motion graphics and direction of TV commercials, publishing, public art, editorial, environmental and exhibition design,

This breadth of experience means we have some superb, well-established clients. Occasionally we work as a production company through an agency, but more often than not, we’re forming and managing relationships with the client directly.

Currently we’re looking for a producer/project manager to join our team and help us manage our ever expanding, always varied workload. You will be heading up teams on motion graphics promos and producing live-action ads, overseeing branding, print and digital campaigns, helping organise book/magazine design, and even managing event and exhibition projects. Having communications skills that can be used across a wide-range of disciplines is key. We’d love someone committed to, knowledgeable about and interested in the creative world. Our ideal candidate will be a hands-on team player.

Typical responsibilities include:
– Working on projects from brief to delivery, overseeing all aspects
– Liaising with the client daily
– Managing the workflow of projects through resource
– Collating feedback and ensuring it's completed
– Working closely with the creative director and designers to ensure project briefs are met
– Assisting the studio manager to track invoicing and forecasting

Key skills:
– Organised with clear, concise communication
– Excellent budgeting, scheduling and scoping of projects
– Managing external suppliers and freelancers
– Solution focussed and unflappable under pressure

Desirable experience:
– Creating brand strategy
– Scoping new business enquiries
– Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
