About the role


We are a team of entertainment and technology experts with an ambition to redefine the kids entertainment industry in the digital age. We’re looking for an account managers and executives to manage our paid media activity as part of a bigger paid media team and very closely integrated within the broader company that drives audience quality and growth of our portfolio of kids IP properties.


Expect to:


• Plan, implement, optimise and report across all paid media activity including Google Ads, FB and Amazon.
• Juggling multiple campaigns keeping internal stakeholders updated.
• Manage budgets including forecasting, reconciliation and reallocation.
• Use data to reinforce decisioning and insight work, to arrive at actionable insights.
• Track industry trends (and their expected implications), such as brand safety, COPPA and GDPR.
• Identify leaner and faster operating practices, so we can do better work.
• Contribute to the company’s strategic story with other teams.


About you


• Experience running biddable campaigns across Google Ads, and ideally some of the following; FB, Amazon, and DSP’s.
• Publisher side experience desirable.
• Experience and understanding of performance advertising principles (including SEM); attribution methods, customer journey analysis (off and on site) • Web analytics, reach and frequency, quality of ad engagement metrics.
• Familiar with data dashboard tools (such as Tableau) and ingesting data from various ad platforms.
• Autonomy in running your own accounts, thinking strategically and showing financial responsibility.
• A team player and leader; happy to work solo and collaboratively; good at listening but you know when to speak up.
