We’ve an immediate opening for a recent graduate, keen to kickstart their career and supersize their project management skills among a supportive team.

YCN (You Can Now) is a learning network, established in 2001. We help organisations build the capability they need to achieve their goals.

We partner with a fine line up of market-leading clients; from big global retailers like Dr Martens and Lush Cosmetics, to fast growing tech stars like Farfetch and WeTransfer; extraordinary charities like the NSPCC and Scope to award-winning creative agencies like forpeople and Koto. And we engage throughout their teams, from the leaders at the top to their newest hires; helping them to build new skills, discover new ways of working and solve business problems in motivating and connected ways.

We do this through our open, cross-organisational learning programmes that bring like-minds from across different organisations together to build their skills around the challenges of the day; and by working directly with clients on tailored activities too. And through our longstanding New Now programme we run initiatives to stimulate and showcase the next generation of creative talent, across a network of Universities, Colleges and Art & Design schools nationally.

This is a great chance for someone starting out, keen to learn and get some brilliant first hand experience across lots of different, colourful projects for leading organisations.

You’ll be supporting across various aspects of our work; from desk-research and liaising with our community at events, supporting our marketing efforts and managing day-to-day project requirements.

As such our ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Efficiency and effectiveness.

• Brilliant people and research skills; online, in person and on the phone.
