We're working with a London based multidisciplinary agency with a range of lifestyle clients who are ready to welcome an Integrated Senior Account Manager with a few active years in the role to lead and plan across two of their key accounts. Do you have experience managing client expectations and pushing back when necessary? Are you strategically minded with a focus on alleviating blockers and creating solutions? Are you process driven and adaptable, with a penchant for partnering closely with clients and creatives to deliver the best possible work? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities:
• Drive strategies for the execution of multifaceted marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Be an example of stellar client service, communicating with senior clients daily.
• Be actively involved in generating and winning new business within your accounts and for the wider business, working collaboratively on pitches with team-mates.
• Produce excellent work on time and on budget.

• Think a number of steps ahead, consistently questioning the scope of an opportunity and strategically help it to grow.
• Are confident and well-equipped to give and take feedback. People enjoy working with you as you push yourself and everyone around you to be and do better.
• Care about the detail and use your excellent communication skills to share your understanding of the larger goals and smaller nuances of briefs.
• Have managed a team before and find excitement in the challenges and rewards that being a team leader can bring.
• Are truly integrated and understand creative processes and techniques deeply— across all outputs including digital.
