Job Summary
We’re looking for a Creative Artworker with a can-do attitude to join our design team based in Fulham. Working as part of a small in-house graphics team, the role will entail artworking to templates and guidelines as well as generating artwork from scratch and initial concept to print. This will be a key role within the team and offers excellent opportunities to produce a wide variety work to support all areas of the business.

This role would suit a team-oriented, motivated individual with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and experience gained in a similar environment. This will be a fast-moving environment the ability to stay calm under pressure is essential.

About you
• Technically excellent producing print ready artwork and digital artwork and typesetting.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite with good working knowledge of all principle applications.
• A meticulous eye for detail.
• Good grammar and spelling.
• A team player with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude.

• Produce and deliver various briefs throughout the day
• Provide creative and technical solutions based on your expertise and knowledge
• Follow all agency processes, back-up all your working files onto the server daily
• Complete weekly timesheets

• Advanced Mac and program skills including key Adobe Creative Suite program especially
Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Language - English GCSE at grade C and above (Required)
• Experience working on artwork for print is essential

What you will need to be great at in this role:
• Working as part of a dedicated team delivering print and digital based projects
• You will have excellent artworking skills with strong Adobe CS (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
• You will be required to execute multiple amends to a very high standard of accuracy
• Good prioritisation and time management skills
• Effectively manage workloads within agreed timescales
• Able to work on own initiative and equally able to take verbal direction from key stakeholders
• Strong typographical knowledge and advantage
• Solid understanding of print processes, specifications and profiles
• Digital knowledge and understanding of how print and digital campaigns overlap
• Motivated, resilient, able to work at pace, respond to the constantly evolving requirements of
projects and the tenacity to respond to unexpected challenges and changing priorities
• Experience of client liaison

A little bit about us:
We are a small design agency of 5 dedicated designers and production staff providing the full range of Graphic design services from Corporate Identity, print and digital through to brand development, signage and environmental graphics. We have been in business for 21 years; we have a number of blue-chip clients and we have won a number of awards for our work.

Hours of work:
40 hours a week. Mostly 9.30am - 6pm Monday to Friday (with an hour for lunch) however, from time-to-time, you may be required to work irregular hours, so there’s a need to be flexible.
