Reporting to the Creative Director based in London, you will work closely with Mixcloud’s brand partnerships arm, LOUD, to help deliver strategic direction across events, content, talent programming, art direction, copywriting and more. You will help conceive, create and deliver remarkable ideas, content and experiences that help brands to understand culture and tell their stories.

Leading on strategy, conception and copywriting, you should be plugged in to contemporary popular culture and have a passion for telling great stories. You will need to have an excellent, breadth and depth of knowledge across creative disciplines and key cities and regions around the world. We are looking for someone who is confident, informed and able to lead with passion, humility and a sensitivity for the culture and its people.

Mixcloud is an audio streaming platform connecting a global community of listeners and creators through audio culture. Listeners can access a unique collection of over 15 million radio shows, DJ mixes and podcasts produced and uploaded by over 1.3 million passionate tastemakers and curators around the globe.

Mixcloud also helps connect brands to music and culture under our brand partnerships arm, LOUD. We create cutting-edge cultural solutions for brands such as adidas, W Hotels, Sonos, Dr. Martens, Eventbrite, and more.

What Will you Do?
- Write world-class strategic and creative responses to briefs and present them to LOUD’s clients
- Create strategic, insight-driven approaches to inform and justify creative thinking
- Take a lead role in creative conception and delivery of projects across events, content, programming and more
- Work with our Strategy team to deliver effective insights and strategic thinking into our clients’ businesses
- Build relationships with our clients, ensuring that the best work is sold and delivered
- Oversee a large number of projects, and improve the overall creative standard of LOUD’s delivery
- Work with our Production team to ensure creative vision is realised at the highest standards.

Who are you?
- Strategic thinker using audience, cultural and brand insights to create excellent concepts and creative ideas, communicated through excellent copywriting skills.
- A great storytelling and understanding of people and global and local cultures.
- A team player, able to work to brief and understanding of brand values.
- A passionate collaborator, good with clients and desire to work with various teams within Mixcloud.
- Understanding of the Mixcloud platform and what it represents. A strong understanding of creative strategy, content creation and the Mixcloud ecosystem and its culture is essential.
- Plugged in to popular culture with awareness of the what’s going in in fashion, music and other youth passion points.
- Can-do attitude with an ability to embrace new challenges and ways of thinking.
- At least 5+ years professional experience.
