INK is a London-based creative CGI studio specialising in the creation of images and animation for brands, automotive and property based clients. We love technology and we love to make it beautiful. We are seeking a visually-engaged and commercially-minded Creative Producer to lead our project production and account management team. This is an ideal position for a candidate with experience in a fast-paced, client-facing role looking to take the next step in their creative management career.


The Role


The role will involve production management as well as dedicated client and team support, with a variety of responsibilities including:


Management of creative image and animation projects, from scheduling and budgeting to review & delivery
Day to day client management and artist team management
Financial analysis and assessment of projects, combining commercial opportunity with problem solving
Strategising project production and output, optimising work flows using an online management system
Pitching, quoting and resourcing incoming written project briefs,
Completion and processing of brand supplier documentation, RFI Pitch forms
Copywriting and content creation, social media update


Skills and Experience


We are looking for a driven leader, with a strong work ethic alongside the following key strengths and experiences:


Two years minimum in a project/production/account management role within a pipelined studio production environment.
A hunger for visual excellence, and a thirst for commercial success
Exceptional communication skills, you will be winning clients and new work in this role
A head for strategising - how can you bring projects in on time, on budget, and keep your team motivated.
Exceptional Excel/Google Sheets skills with excellent numeracy and mental arithmetic
A love of technology, CGI, image making and creative production
Understanding of CGI, 3D animation, creative processes and techniques (desirable)
Degree level educated
The right to live and work in the UK


The Package


This is a permanent position subject to successful completion of a three month probationary period, with a competitive salary dependent on experience.
