INK is a London-based creative CGI studio specialising in the creation of images and animation for brands, automotive and property based clients. We love technology and we love to make it beautiful. We are on the lookout for a bright and hardworking addition to the team to assist with project and account management in a fast-paced production environment. This is an ideal entry-level role for candidates with 1-2 years work experience looking to make a career change into creative management or ambitious graduates looking for a starting role.

The Role

The role will involve supporting the running of the studio and management of clients, with a variety of responsibilities including but not limited to:
Management of creative, architectural, animation and advertising projects
Corresponding with clients to clarify questions and collect data
Liaising with external suppliers to arrange services necessary for projects
Compiling schedules for new projects and ensuring these are updated in the central project management system
Coordinating regular and engaging content across Twitter, Instagram and Facebook
Proofreading briefs and treatments for copy errors or omissions
Other administrative tasks as and when required

Skills and Experience

We are looking for candidates with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn alongside the following key strengths:
Excellent verbal communication skills, with a demonstrable flair for writing
Ability to manage a large and varied workload in line with tight deadlines
Highly computer literate- proficiency in Excel a plus
A love of technology, CGI, image making and creative production
Exceptional numeracy and comfortable with mental arithmetic
Familiarity with a range of social media channels

The Package

This is a permanent position subject to successful completion of a three month probationary period, with a competitive salary dependent on experience.
