The Company:
We are an expanding boutique studio and event space housed in a one-of-a-kind Grade II listed building. Sustainability runs through all aspects of the business. We’re a team of 17 nice folks who are like-minded when it comes to team work, responsibility and autonomy. That said we are a diverse bunch in other respects. Sunbeam is a fast-growing company often punching above our weight and we are looking for another hard-hitter.


The position: Working as part of the photographic and film team to book in client’s shoots, organise recces, set builds, equipment hire, and catering. Meeting with clients to negotiate and build long-term sustainable relationships.


The right person will:
• be outgoing and confident, with natural charisma and fantastic people skills
• be well-connected to fulfil any client request and to expand our clientele.
• have the ability to work autonomously with a strong sense of personal responsibility while equally understanding the needs of the team
• be results driven and like a challenge
• have a desire to hit bookings targets and succeed
• have 2-3 years sales or (studio, location, model, equipment, photographer) booking experience
• have an interest in fashion and/or photography
• have a passion for sustainable business practices.
• have a love of project management
• have a basic knowledge of photographic equipment.
• enjoy teamwork and graft in a demanding environment.
• have great attention to detail.
• have noticed and be annoyed by the full stops and lack of at the end of these bullet points.
Salary:
Based on drive and experience. Please let us know your salary expectation on application.

Hours of work:
Must be flexible to work varied hours and will be required to work some long/evening shifts and a very occasional weekend day. Regular office hours are 9am – 6pm.


Term:
This is a permanent position after the probationary review.
