We are an independent, Creative Design Agency based in Reigate, Surrey.


We are small, but we are mighty.


Our impressive client list is testament to our success. Our clients vary from corporate giants such as Kimberly-Clark and Canon to smaller, local independents. Our work is diverse, ranging from 360 campaign creation for Gatwick Airport to webpage design for Winterbotham Darby. Great design is at the heart of everything we do. This role requires someone with 6+ years agency experience. Someone who is passionate about great design and loves rolling their sleeves up to get the job done. Preferably an all-rounder who can also turn their hand to some light copy-writing and can thinking digitally as well as traditionally.


You need to be able to inspire others with your creative ideas, be it clients or your team. A natural presenter who enjoys selling creative concepts in a new business meeting or client presentation.

Job brief/purpose


As the title suggests, this is the lead role in our creative team. The position will principally be very hands on working in collaboration with both the creative and client services teams to deliver exceptional creative solutions across all media whilst adhering to TW’s quality and creative vision.


To participate in all major creative projects whether leading or overseeing the work, ensuring results are always of a consistently high standard.
Develop and strengthen our digital offering to clients by engaging your insight, skills and experience in creating innovative concepts using various digital media where appropriate.
Presentation of creative concepts directly to our clients.
Working with the New Business Director on initiating and developing proactive creative presentations to prospects to win new clients.
Help to maintain the highest creative standards on behalf of TW, to maintain our reputation and serve as a platform for our future growth.


Relationships


Reporting directly to Mark Tiley and Erica Francis as appropriate.
Collaborating with the Client Services team and Marketing Director to assist with developing our service offering and client base.
Participate in building strong working relationships with all TW’s clients.
Collaborate on live projects with other members of the Creative team.


Responsibilities


Present creative proposals both internally and to clients where required and liaise throughout on project matters with the wider TW team.
Contribute to new business development by proactively participating in discussions around TW’s strategy and approach, and in working on live tenders.
Be an advocate of best practice within studio and wider company.
Collaborating with the allocation of live projects to designers and freelance resources. (attending WIP meetings)
Ensuring accuracy, consistency and best practice in all work undertaken.
Be flexible within the broad remit of the post and be prepared to work on a wide range of project types and to work-share as required to assist in the timely delivery of work.
Be self-servicing and able to act on own initiative where necessary.


Environment


The role is located in TW’s office in Reigate, although business travel will be occasionally required.


6+ years agency experience required.


Salary up to £50k+ dependant on experience.
