Brave New World is a creative, digital and content agency specialising in luxury, travel, fashion and culture. We are experts in launch and relaunch, from identity and web build to art direction, premium content and events.

Our capabilities lie within brand building, publishing, digital and e-commerce, art direction, film and events.

Examples of clients are Belstaff, Red Valentino, Graff Diamonds, St Regis, The Oetker Collection, Frescobol Carioca, Soho House Group, Mclaren and to name a few.

We work alongside global luxury fashion brands to tailor their brand identity. From perfecting the design of each garment, to the social campaign for the collection, there is no brand element left unnurtured.


We’re looking for a multidisciplinary Mid-Weight Designer to work alongside the creative team and across our diverse client roster in the luxury/fashion/hospitality field. You'll be expected to demonstrate a fresh and exciting approach to creative craftsmanship, the ability to bring considered design expertise in line with the brief, team and audience objectives. You will work with our producers and our other creatives to ensure work is completed to agreed deadlines, and is of the highest standards.

You’ll be working across Brave New World’s diverse projects, which include innovative digital design, brand strategy, campaigns, art direction, research, pitches, campaigns, shaping how brands communicate and delivering content in engaging ways. We want you to be independent and decisive, a problem seeker and a problem solver.

What we need:
• At least 3+ years experience as a designer within an agency environment
• Have excellent communication + leadership skills in internal + client presentations
• A creative thinker able to articulate their ideas.
• Ability to work well in teams and appreciate how other disciplines can further your ideas.
• A broad interest in design, with a particular focus on identity and digital design.
• A solid understanding of typography and layout across print and digital media.
• An ability to quickly conceptualise your idea in whatever tool you prefer.
• Great research skills across all departments of the agency.
• Culturally aware - be the eyes and ears on the ground for Brave New World
• Ability to take direction from senior members of the team
• Experienced and proficient knowledge of Mac OS (inc Keynote) & Intermediate knowledge of Adobe suite.
• Have a positive attitude, and work well under pressure.
• Excellent organisation skills, personable manner, with the ability to multi-task and work to strict deadlines
• Accurate with high attention to detail
• Pro-active, self-starter
