Your primary responsibility at PDA as a Project Manager is to keep our projects running smoothly – on time and on budget. We are looking for an organized, creative, detail-oriented, people person to join our team. This position will assist in planning and managing project workflow and execution, maintaining client and vendor relationships, and will support our design team in producing great work for our clients. In short, you must be ridiculously organized and incredibly positive.

+ Recent college graduate with 1-3 years of experience in an office or studio environment
+ Detail-oriented, supportive taskmaster, with strong organizational aptitude, and sharp people skills
+ Able to adapt quickly to scope-creep, project demands, timeline, and priority shifts
+ Communicates clearly and effectively in written and verbal formats
+ Effectively manages budgets and timelines
+ Internally driven to think critically and creatively, learn new things, and to drive projects forward
+ Has a genuine, positive approach to life and work
+ Fearless in the face of danger

+ Oversee the planning and tracking of all work, tasks, and project budgets and milestones
+ Work closely with the designers, vendors, and clients to coordinate daily project and office related tasks
+ Keep our project management software up to date with deadlines and details
+ Manage office and project calendar and schedule meetings
+ Manage day-to-day office functions, from greeting clients and answering phones to obtaining samples, taking notes, and other daily administrative tasks
+ Assist designers in gathering project quotes, procuring vendors, and meeting production deadlines

+ Self-motivated to continually better your work flow as well as the company’s

+ Appreciation for design and attentiveness to detail, timeliness, and quality

+ Baseline knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
+ Experience in writing proposals and/or creative briefs
+ Proofreading skills / general appreciation for grammar and spelling
