Aspects of the role include; working closely with the client, the leadership team and product owners, providing updates and dealing with any impediments faced by the production and project teams. This is a challenging and exciting opportunity for a motivated and organised producer with a genuine love of technology.


The right applicant should be good at prioritising, detail focused, personable and willing to assist in all aspects of digital production. They will have experience in a client servicing role and be comfortable working with designers and developers. They will have a cool head, and a great understanding of both the digital creative process and digital content strategy. Plus an active awareness of and passion for contemporary digital design and UX practice, with a keen interest in getting their teeth into facilitating complex briefs.


Key Responsibilities:
- Develop solid project scope documents and statements of work
- Leading all Brave New World web and digital projects from estimate to delivery
- Costing new web projects and briefing the digital designers and developers
- Managing team resource and tracking time spent on projects
- Ensuring that office files are stored safely, and in a suitable format, so that other personnel when required can easily access information
- Developing relationships and negotiating favourable rates with external suppliers and collaborators
- Financial reporting including project overrun/underrun, work in progress, raising and tracking spend against purchase orders etc
- Passionate about digital tech and always looking to learn and discover
- To undertake such other tasks including general administrative duties as may be required from time to time
- To be an ambassador for the business at all times


Experience, qualities and qualifications:


- strong background in digital and web project management
- Must be an incredibly organised multi-tasker, able to meet tight deadlines and have great attention to detail
- A clear and concise communicator – able to be assertive yet friendly
- Client facing experience
- Good spreadsheet and numeracy skills. Knowledge of Google Drive is essential
- Confident in negotiating and a good communicator at all levels
- Can be flexible and adapt quickly to the demands of challenging projects
- Experience of working with creatives in all disciplines. A working knowledge of freelance creatives will be advantageous
- Confidential and professional at all times
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role
