We believe in keeping the thinking and making together so we can shepherd an idea from start to finish and our studio brings together teams across Strategy, Creative and Production to achieve this.

What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a Marketing and New Business Manager to join our East London studio. This is a great opportunity to
make your mark in a dynamic and fast paced environment, and have a real impact on a growing business.

Working into our Growth Director you will be a key member of a small team. You will be passionate about the work we create, and relish the opportunity to tell the world all about Just So.

Independent and fiercely organised, you must be comfortable managing priorities and enjoy delivering tangible results.

● Working closely with Growth Director to develop and execute our marketing and new business strategies.
● Creating new business proposals.
● Managing and maintaining Just So online presence (incl. website and social channels)
● Develop relationships with external partners to secure and deliver marketing opportunities for Just So (PR,
Events etc).
● Working with internal teams to create case studies, press releases and opinion pieces on a regular basis
● Maintain and grow our new business pipeline
● Creating regular reports of new business and marketing activity.

Skills & Experience
● Minimum 2 years experience working in an agency environment, with experience in marketing, new business and PR roles preferable
● Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
● Passionate about the future of the creative industry with a strong interest in content and new ways of
● Enjoy networking and building relationships
● Experience developing marketing materials (including case studies and award entries)
● A proactive attitude with proven track record of making things happen.
● Great negotiation and people skills
● Conscientious, trustworthy and reliable you’ll thrive on taking ownership of your projects and pride yourself on making sure they are the best they can be.
