Hearst Made is Hearst’s Content Marketing Agency. It was launched in June 2015, to service ASDA’s content account. This account has grown exponentially, delivering not only print and digital content, but also through-the-line photography and TV advertising. Alongside the ASDA account sits O2 and P&G. These clients are supplemented with project work across other brands.
As a global publishing powerhouse, Hearst is in a great position to win more commercial content clients and there’s a huge appetite within the business to grow Hearst Made exponentially in 2019.


The Role
Reporting to the Senior Producer to work on the Asda account. The role is to support the team across all shoot production and related deliverables.


SHOOT PRODUCTION
Assist with all shoot production elements
Organising product
Liaising with and booking studios, photographers, models, talent etc.
Coordinating travel, catering etc.
Collating budgets and schedules
Coordinate and assist on castings, where relevant and licensing child models
Assisting on set and ensuring smooth running of shoot
Sending out call sheets and commissioning forms
Ensuring all relevant shoot documents and policies are kept up-to-date.
Understand project/production objectives and conduct related research and competitor reviews – keeping the team informed on the industry
Potential to support with capturing social content on the shoots.


ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Attending internal and client meetings
Minutes and note taking
Creating and circulating contact reports
Updating the status and WIP reports
Contributing to meetings accordingly
PRODUCTION EXPERTISE
Understand project/production objectives
Conduct related research and competitor reviews as directed


The Person
The successful candidate will have an excellent work ethic, a strong interest in food and lifestyle and a desire to be part of the production function. They will work well in a team and be able to multi-task.
