We’re a small, but sustainably growing design studio that helps brands, businesses and organisations move forward.


We collaborate with our clients as one team, working with people such as Airbnb, CharlieHR, Design Museum, National Saturday Club, University of the Arts London, Unilever, Wellcome Collection and WISE.


We don’t give people the bloated and fluffy agency experience, we’re just a team who are passionate about making great work that gives people results. We help our clients learn and understand about design and what it can achieve for them.


We also love basketball (look up our name). The sport brings people together and transcends age, gender, race, and culture. When it’s done right, we believe design does the same.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR OVERALL

We’re looking for a key new member of the team, a New Business Manager who will play a very important central role in helping, developing and shaping Triple Double. We’d like you to take what we’ve already been doing and push it to the next level.


– You will mix creative and analytical thinking to continually improve how we’re bringing in new business.
– You will continually represent the Triple Double brand, with integrity, being as proud of it as we are.
– You will be the new business brain behind everything we do.
– And you will help grow a design studio that is doing things in the industry differently – for the better.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES


Contribute to and develop existing and new business
– Build upon our existing client relationships to bring in more projects.
– Research and speak with new business opportunities, setting up communications and winning the business.
– Responding to new business enquiries.
– Producing prospective new business documents.
– Manage our end-to-end new business process.


Represent Triple Double
– Attend, lead and support existing and new business meetings/calls.
– Attend, lead and support existing client relationship meetings/calls.


Culture building
– Everyone at Triple Double plays a part in shaping our culture, and we’re proud of that.
– So we already have some things in place, but we would love to hear your ideas on where we could go next.
– Supporting the execution of developing our culture, where relevant.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS


– 3+ years professional experience, with a proven track record of winning new business in a similar role.
– You don’t need to have a design skilled background, but have to be passionate about design and what it can do, that’s a minimum.
– Your own contact list would be a bonus.

This is an ongoing freelance / 2x days a week role, which we’re looking to ramp up with you over the course of the remaining year.
