Designwerk is an award-winning creative agency specialising in 360 integrated brand delivery, from identity through to event, broadcast, print and digital.

We are looking for a highly experienced Account Manager with at least 4 years’ agency experience who is ready to throw themselves into their next challenge and join our fast pace, welcoming studio.

You will be working on one large account across a real mix of creative projects, leading a multi-disciplined team across graphic design, motion and event delivery.


Our ideal candidate is process driven, cool headed and a great manager of people, budgets and timelines.

You are a champion gatekeeper, juggling client expectations whilst adhering to strict budget and scope limitations, providing great client communication whist retaining firm boundaries to protect the design team from burnout.

You will have natural business acumen with an ability to identify opportunities and strategically solve client needs.

You pride yourself on excellent attention to detail and demonstrate extensive experience managing brand identity, print production (large format, event and bespoke packaging), and campaign (roll out across digital, social and OOT).

• Working with the Head of Operations to efficiently plan and forecast client workstreams flowing through the studio
• Tracking a large scope of work across a retainer year and effectively managing any changes to scope throughout the project
• Liaising with the client on deadlines and feedback and managing expectations across multiple stakeholders
• Understand the requirements and needs of the accounts and brands you are working with – their definitions, and their core characteristics
• Briefing team on project deliverables and managing output
• Ensuring creative direction is implemented effectively and delivered in-line with client expectations
• Proactively suggesting new tools to increase effectiveness
• Liaising with production teams and printers
• Preparing cost proposals and schedules for projects on an ad-hoc basis, helping to define project scope, resource requirements and identifying any technical or third-party requirements

• Experience managing the changing requirements of a number of stakeholders and demonstrable client management skills
• Strong working knowledge of print production
• Strong working knowledge of sports brands and their multitude of touchpoints across event, broadcast, print and digital
• Experience working with international clients and overseas
• Strong working knowledge of the creative process and managing design teams
• Excellent command of all Microsoft software, especially Excel
• Highly competent at producing project plans, detailed budgets and managing resources
• Demonstrable knowledge of project tools such as Basecamp, TeamGantt, Hubplanner and Trello
• Basic working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign)
