At W12 Studios we’re looking for a Junior Project Manager…

As a Junior Project Manager you will oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring they run smoothly and seamlessly, whilst reporting on progress to senior members of the team.

A sharp eye for detail and effective communication will be essential. This role is client-facing, so you will need to develop an understanding of the customer and work well within project teams.

Our Project Managers are adaptable, able to prioritise effectively, and work in partnership with the studio’s creative leads. Attention to technical detail and strong organisational skills are a must, along with helping both client and our studio set clear actions, expose risk and deliver outstanding work.

As a Junior Project Manager at W12 Studios you will be expected to:

Manage both small & BAU projects - proactively and appropriately managing project scope
Support in the creation of scopes and budgets
Proactively manage project risks and escalate where appropriate with mitigation plans
Ensure projects stay within timescales and budget
Facilitate projects to ensure efficiencies are maximised
Client communications - Generating clear and succinct project reports & status
Engage with project teams to understand their progress with tasks
Liaising with clients and members of the creative team, to keep projects running smoothly

Skills required

Strong written and verbal communication skills
The ability to meet deadlines
A positive, enthusiastic attitude towards work
A digital ‘native’ with knowledge of all existing and emerging digital channels.
Keen organisational skills
Confidence to drive a team in order to get the best results for a project
