The ultimate open-air film experience, Rooftop Film Club started as a single rooftop in London’s Shoreditch in 2011 and has now expanded globally with three venues in the UK and five venues in LA, NYC, San Diego, and Houston. Sold out crowds enjoy sunset film screenings under the stars using state of the art projectors, high-quality wireless headphones, comfy chairs and cosy blankets, all coupled with the best food and drink on offer.


SFG Club is the UK’s first rooftop venue for competitive socialising, offering crazy golf, batting cages, lawn bowls, curling, shuffleboard, VR foosball and more. Beginning in East London in 2016, SFG Club has become the ultimate adult playground in London, with new venues across England to come in 2019.


You will manage the following disciplines for both Rooftop Film Club and SFG Club brands:

Social Channels: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google Business (To be developed: LinkedIn and Youtube).
Google Adwords

Working alongside the Marketing team you will:
- Adapt content and create engaging stories to provide first class communication.
- Drive brand awareness through creative posts with high levels of engagement that achieve business KPIs.
- Ensure digital CTAs drive profitable sales growth at all times.


In conjunction with the Head of Marketing & Communications and Marketing & Communications Manager, you'll:

- Help define the social media strategy (paid and non paid) for all sub-brands across all channels, applying customer insights into the overall strategy
- Manage the daily publishing schedule for each of our brands across our Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Google and Linkedin channels
- Oversee the management of all assigned ‘paid for’ ad campaigns to ensure delivery in conjunction with automation and insight platform
- Work closely with the marketing team to incorporate creative social media solutions into overall brand campaigns
- Define user journeys on our social channels and ensure we apply best practices
- Agree, report and pull together KPIs for social media across the group, ensure that performance is reviewed and optimised.
- Ensure all social media is on-brand from creative to tone of voice
- Manage Google Adwords account – applying a joined-up offering with social and web
- Work closely with the marketing team on web projects and SEO
- Ownership of social tools and listening platforms for the group
- Have an understanding of modern digital technologies and how to apply them to campaigns
- Be intrinsically aware of current and future trends in social and digital and how they apply to the business


You will need to have a broad understanding of all disciplines within digital marketing, in particular proven skills in social media (organic and paid), Google Adwords and SEO. You should be a forward thinker, dynamic, creative and witty!

With a passion for events and branding, you’ll also be up-to-speed on social trends, innovative and ideas generative, fun and engaging. You must be a strong communicator at all levels and a data cruncher with a can-do attitude and excellent presentation skills.


- A minimum of 4 years of business experience in social media, digital marketing, and paid performance marketing on client or agency side
- Ability to execute strategic paid social/digital campaigns in house without support of external performance agency
- Experience of insight automation paid social platforms
- Experience of executing best in class Google Adwords campaigns and SEO strategy
