A position has opened up at The Garage Soho - an early stage investment company that champions brand building and creativity. Through a unique coming together of both creative and capital, our aim is to build the next generation of exciting consumer brands.

We’re now on the lookout for a self-starting, organised and friendly person to be a core part of our tight-knit team as Office Manager and PA.

Contract: Full-time
Start date: ASAP
Salary: £22 - 25K per annum (dependant on experience)
Holidays: 23 DAYS (+ bank holidays + between Christmas and New Year)

You will be the first point of contact for The Garage Soho.
Answering calls, arranging meetings and organising/booking events.
PA support to directors of the company.
Comprehensive diary management and travel arrangements for all.
Smooth running of the office including managing the office supplies, managing building requirements, fixing anything needed and other day to day operational aspects.
Preparing documents and presentations whenever needed.

Superb English both written and spoken.
Outstanding efficiency and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
Strong knowledge of Google Mail, Google Calendar and Microsoft office applications.
Strong presentation skills (Powerpoint, Keynote and Indesign skills preferable)
Ability to take initiative and manage numerous tasks simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with a variety of situations.
Comfortable working as part of a small company in a fast-paced environment.
Enthusiastic with a strong team spirit!
