The Truman Brewery is looking for a versatile, proactive assistant who can provide support to the events management team to ensure the smooth running of two event spaces - Ninety One Living Room and Juju’s Bar & Stage. This is a varied role consisting of social media and print marketing across both venues as well as general daily administrative tasks and odd-jobs.

You will be key in supporting management to ensure day-to-day tasks are carried out efficiently as well as creating engaging content for both venue’s social media presence, including keeping social media channels updated and brand-focused, and seeking out new social media avenues and ways of connecting with audiences.

- Hours: Full Time Mon-Fri
- Starting salary £22,000 - £24,000 depending on experience
- Opportunities for promotion
- Start date – ASAP
- 28 days holiday per annum (pro rata), pension scheme

Responsibilities include:

- Handling outbound sales leads such as event listings, press opportunities and social media for Ninety One & Juju’s
- Creating promotional material for in-house events
- Ad hoc research tasks
- Assisting with all general daily administrative tasks and odd-jobs
- Full responsibility of company card statement/invoices and taking to accounts monthly


- Basic graphic design skills including some photo and video editing skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- Social media marketing experience & awareness of trends
- Quality writing skills with the ability to engage with diverse audiences
