Overview
In this new role, you will provide operational and administrative support across the studio. This is a varied and dynamic role covering all aspects of the day to day running of the studio, meeting room and resources.

Aim of the Role
The aim of the role is to ensure the Studio runs as smoothly as possible. The role requires someone who can think ahead and anticipate the needs of the Studio. You will work closely with the Studio Assistant to facilitate this.

Essential Skills

• Good interpersonal skills
• Proactive, self-starter, able to prioritise tasks and deliver within deadlines

Main Tasks
• General Administrative tasks; ordering supplies, post, shredding and scanning.
• Booking travel and hotel accommodation
• Managing trip ledger and other cost spreadsheets.
• Answering landline for the Studio
• Keeping all areas of the studio tidy and managing the meeting room
• Supporting the HR Manager with HR Matters
• Diary and Studio Calendar Management
• Arranging company social events
• Liaising with building management
• Managing inbox for the Studio general email account
• Ad-hoc IT Tasks
• Assist with meeting room set-up and Goto Meetings.
• Knowledge of Studio resources, able to troubleshoot and assist other users
