Come join Acrylicize, a multidisciplinary creative studio that is exploring the boundaries between art and design in the context of place-making and identity. We design and work closely with fabricators to produce and install bespoke art installations to express a brand or identity, disrupting both the traditional art world model and accepted notions of branding.

As a Midweight Project Manager you will play a vital role in the studio, looking after our clients and the logistics of our projects. You will be an integral part of the Projects Team and be really involved in all aspects of project coordination from formulating new business proposals through to completion and installation, travel may be required from time-to-time.

You will be….

- Acting as the main point of contact for clients from conception through to after-sales care
- Delivering projects within agreed budget and deadlines
- Creating costing documents for clients including estimates, quotes, and finalised fee agreements
- Managing multiple projects at any time on a range of budgets
- Working closely with suppliers to negotiate and agree prices
- Continuously updating Managing Director and Head of Projects on all budget-related issues
- Keeping the project team updated on key deliverables and progress
- Working closely with Head of Projects to resource design time to team
- Working closely with Creatives to advise on how projects can be executed in terms of materiality and techniques
- Sourcing materials, products, and props for projects
- Coordinating site visits and communicate information to the internal team
- Overseeing installations on site
- Acting as the main point of communication for clients, suppliers, and collaborators

You must have…

- Excellent organisational skills
- Experience handling accounts and dealing directly with clients
- Prior project management relates experience is preferable
- Experience working with relatively large production budgets up to £500,000
- Excellent organisational skills
- Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
- A passion for quality in every endeavour
- A hunger to constantly improve the studio’s output
- A good knowledge of InDesign
- Working knowledge of CAD software
