Job Description:

Working as part of the PR team, the Media Relations Specialist will play a crucial role in building and developing media relations across a diverse array of brands and organisations. The individual will work with our clients across the UK, US and Asia. You’ll also have the opportunity to take part in shaping how we respond to briefs and pitch in with ideas and insight where necessary.

This role will engage in influencer relations across selected media in consumer, business and trade media. This role will work closely with the PR Director and PR Executive to manager to create, deliver and evaluate campaigns and activities that lead to the effective positioning and promotion of our clients through owned and earned media.

Roles will include:

- Establishing, developing and nurturing relationships with key media across target publications
- Writing and distributing press releases and content to target media
- Maximising coverage for clients across multiple media
- Monitoring media coverage and generating coverage reports
- Contributing to activity plans across multiple clients
- Identifying feature opportunities, understanding the product/service requirements to sell in features, and draft copy as required.
- Writing monthly activity reports, quarterly/annual client reviews, and assisting with new business proposals

- Minimum three year’s experience in a PR executive role, either agency or in-house
