We are looking for a highly motivated Graphic Designer to join our award winning, London based Creative team, to design a wide range of media, both on and off line.

We focus on building, protecting and projecting our client’s brands, reputations and relationships, through the very best of creative work and brand activation.

It’s a fast-paced environment, so you’ll need to be able to prioritise your work and put the maximum effort into even the smallest of projects. You will be required to come up with strategic ideas and conceptual designs and execute these, brilliantly, across a range of applications (digital, campaigns, brochures, environments, POS, social, pitch work).

You will be equally comfortable working with other team members as under your own steam and have experience working with busy client service teams.

The ability to communicate ideas to internal and external stakeholders, great attention to detail and experience in managing multiple projects will also be key.

• A creative fire-cracker with an amazing and varied portfolio of work
• You can create big, disruptive ideas that work across multiple channels as well as beautiful on-brand bread and butter work
• You have a good understanding of the digital space
• You have great type and craft skills with a great eye for design, generally
• Commercially minded
• Self- motivated, tenacious and able to push things forward
• You’re a great team player but equally confident working alone
• Confident, able to stand up for your ideas but also accept and amend work based on feedback
• Ability to multi-task and work to time
• Confident in communicating to a variety of stakeholders
• Zest for life, good fun, good humoured and bags of enthusiasm

• Skills operating full Adobe Suite (InDesign/Photoshop/Dreamweaver/illustrator) and MS Word
• After Effects & Premiere would be beneficial
• Experience in working with B2B and B2C brands
• Web and experiential experience would be beneficial
• A graphic design degree – Bachelor of Arts or Master’s degree – is essential for this role
