Graphic Design & Social Media Assistant

Doodle Nest is an exciting and innovative start-up that transforms children’s artwork into premium bespoke coffee table books. We are a small, friendly and hard-working team based in contemporary creative studios in Notting Hill, London. We are growing rapidly and are looking for someone to help us scale the business even further.

The successful applicant will work alongside our team, to help produce our products, manage our social media, create marketing materials and carry out general administrative tasks.This is an amazing opportunity to get involved at the early stages and become a key part of a fast-growing business that is on the brink of international expansion.

  • Assist in production of customer orders - photographing, editing and laying out children's artwork using digital photography, Lightroom, Photoshop and InDesign
  • Liaise with clients, respond to enquiries and manage online orders
  • Take engaging and creative photos for our website, marketing materials and social media channels
  • Create clear, compelling and successful social media content on a daily basis to help grow social networks by increasing the number of followers & engagements
  • Assist with marketing initiatives i.e. design marketing materials, newsletters, email campaigns, flyers, etc.
  • Assist with planning and production of marketing and sales events
  • Assist with office administrative duties

Required Skills

  • Must be extremely proficient in photography, Photoshop and InDesign
  • Native English speaker with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • A positive, professional and friendly approach that will help you build relationships with clients
  • The ability to “story tell” and land marketing and social media messages powerfully and creatively
  • In-depth working knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest and Dropbox; Google Analytics and Facebook Insights knowledge would be a bonus
  • Highly-organised and detail-oriented; Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously prioritising effectively, and meeting deadlines
  • Exceptionally self-motivated and willing to multitask and step in when needed

Job Type:

Full-time but we are flexible


Salary will be dependent on skills and experience and will be ranged between £20,000 to £25,000 with potential for bonus.
