We’re looking for a strategist who can think, feel and do.

You’ll work right across our business, from discovery to delivery on projects that span insight, strategy and design for the world’s biggest brands.

Your typical day might include:

• Discovering insights that inspire and provoke
• Defining the strategic direction of global brands and products
• Developing propositions, principles and brand philosophies
• Delivering presentations that convince and compel

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is great at simplifying, structuring and explaining
• Can bridge the gap between strategic thinking and creative doing
• Has strong written skills and is a confident and concise presenter
• Has a sharp eye for evaluating creative work
• Loves working hand in hand with other creative disciplines
• Is passionate about current trends and contemporary culture
• Can explain design to non-designers
• Is looking for a midweight Strategy role

Forpeople is a multi-disciplinary creative agency, making distinctly human products and experiences for some of the world’s most interesting and innovative companies - including Adidas, British Airways, Coca-Cola, Herman Miller and Intercontinental Hotels Group.

Founded in 2004, today we’re an intensely collaborative group of over a hundred specialists, working together in a remarkable old pickle factory in South London across projects that span industrial design, strategy & insight, interiors, forecasting, user experience and brand communications.

This role requires:

• Previous experience gained in a fast-paced creative agency
• An understanding of the consultancy business model
• Experience contributing creatively to multiple projects
• Experience of client handling
• Knowledge of 2D (Adobe) design software
• Chinese language and cultural knowledge would be hugely beneficial
