The Barn is a creative agency specialising in fashion branding, e-commerce and marketing. Working across advertising, visual identity, web design, branding and creative direction, The Barn counts among its clients some of the most well respected companies and brands in the industry.

We are seeking a Studio Coordinator to support our account and project management team.
This is the ideal role for an ambitious self starter and highly proactive individual looking to develop their career in the fashion industry.

As the agency Studio Coordinator, your role will primarily be working on client projects, planning and coordinating work flows and working as part of the team to make sure projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will have the opportunity to work alongside business owners, entrepreneurs, and the most creative leaders in the sector.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent presentation skills and a positive, team-focussed work ethic. A head for detail and a deep interest in the fashion and luxury industries will be required.

Job Spec:

- Helping the account managers manage workflow and traffic in the agency
- Assisting and supporting the team with content (photography/video) productions
- Produce and manage weekly workflows
- Assisting in preparing for meetings and presentations
- Attending client meetings
- Project research
- Filing and archiving digital files, making sure the project folders are updated
- Answer the phone, directing to the relevant person in the company
- Attend briefings, WIPs and pre-production meetings
- Managing client and staff time sheets with the account management and senior team
- Managing ticket traffic
- Managing times and diaries


University graduate with a minimum of a Bachelor degree in relevant subjects, Business Management, Marketing, Fashion Marketing, Business Studies.

Ideal but not essential (training will be provided):
- Experience working with E-commerce Shopify/ Shopify Plus and Apps
- Knowledge of Atlassian package softwares (Jira, Service Desk, Confluence)
- Knowledge of Harvest
- Understanding and knowledge SEO, PPC knowledge
- Understanding and knowledge of Google Analytics.
- A knowledge of Email Marketing - CRM, Online Advertising
