Designwerk are in search of an ambitious Junior Artworker who is keen to get a head start in the industry and hone their skills. You will be responsible for turning our concepts into high quality, detail driven artwork for event, print and digital. You will relish the chance to find design solutions, taking a kit of parts and rolling out branded assets across multiple touch points.

We welcome artworkers with experience in all kinds of projects and disciplines, but a solid background in environmental graphics is strongly preferred!

Designwerk is an award-winning creative agency specialising in 360 integrated brand delivery for the Sporting World – from visual identity through to event, broadcast, print and digital application.

As an artworker at Designwerk, you will have the opportunity for thousands of fans and spectators to experience your work first hand. You will be working in a fast-paced, welcoming studio alongside energetic and creative designers, all working as a team towards the same goals.

Essential skills:

• Degree in Graphic Design or similar
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
• Highly skilled in Illustrator - logo versioning and graphic language application for a multiple formats
• Solid experience setting up files for print and digital production
• Demonstrable understanding of working to scale
• Good understanding of printing, typesetting, formatting and colour correction
• Keen eye for detail and accuracy
• Good command of verbal and written English
• Good organisational skills and a methodical mind
• Strong understanding of guideline creation and following existing brand guidelines


• Experience cutting out and retouching images
• Demonstrable skill creating realistic visual mockups

• Ability to follow direction in design strategy and come up with new ideas
• Positive and inclusive attitude, enjoying the social culture of the studio
• Flexible, collaborative approach to working under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
