Role details:

The Project Management team is an essential part of our editorial platform, working across all of It’s Nice That’s output, from Nicer Tuesdays to Printed Pages to our branded projects with commercial partners.

A key part of this role will be our branded projects, working with commercial clients to tell their stories to the It’s Nice That audience in creative and engaging ways. Our recent clients have included Google, Adobe, Spotify, The Conran Shop, Timex, Ikea, Airbnb, Uniqlo, Dropbox and many more. These commercial projects cover a range of formats and executions, providing a varied and exciting workload.

As well as our commercial work, you will work on the development of our website and our self-initiated features, commissioning creatives who work with a range of disciplines including video, photography, illustration and animation.

Alongside managing projects, part of this role will be as the Resource Manager for It’s Nice That, working with the other Project Managers and Team Leads to ensure work is planned effectively across the teams to maintain quality and the wellbeing of staff.

You’ll have true responsibility and accountability for the project management side of your projects, working collaboratively with It’s Nice That’s editorial, creative and marketing teams, as well as liaising extensively with an array of creative collaborators to deliver beautifully crafted outcomes.

We’re looking for someone who gets excited by the details and logistics, has a thirst for learning and is not daunted by the unknown. The ideal candidate will have experience working within the creative industry, producing and delivering a variety of projects. Someone who has an eye for detail, eager to learn and gain more experience. Someone who loves working in a team and getting involved.


  • Experience in managing small and medium-scale projects from conception through to implementation.
  • Experience across production, from scoping to execution; keeping teams on track, on time, on brief and in budget.
  • Process-driven, organised and methodical with a high attention to detail, in verbal communication, in writing and with numbers.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator with both clients, collaborators and internal teams.
  • Positive and proactive problem solver, providing solutions and welcoming new challenges.
  • Culturally astute and aware of the industry around them.
  • Willingness to work across a variety of mediums, everything ranging from physical to digital.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive approach to personal development & strong ambition to learn new skills.


  • Responsible for delivering projects combining account management, project management and production.
  • Organising production and implementation of projects, from physical to digital activations.
  • End-to-end project management from developing brief with client, scoping, costing and contracting, through to implementation and delivery across It’s Nice That channels.
  • Working collaboratively with our creative, editorial and production teams to define and solve briefs through research, strategy and delivery.
  • Managing small to large-scale budgets.
  • Developing and maintaining trusted relationships with clients, collaborators and suppliers.
  • Maintaining clear communication with all team members and collaborators.
  • Responsible for managing resourcing across PM, Creative and Editorial teams.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am — 6pm (flexible hours between 8am – 7pm except Fridays)
