We are a young graphic design group, based South Kensington, London. Looking for a Studio Manager to join our small team.

Support our MD with day to day tasks, managing both professional & personal matters, and assist the design team of graphic designers (3) alongside controlling the daily operations of the studio.

The work varies from day to day and therefore we are looking for a proactive and professional all-rounder, with a keen eye for detail, good English and numeracy essential, plus a happy, lively personality that will fit into our studio team.

Main duties are as follows but a willingness to engage and support our team in the creative process is welcome:

• First contact with our clients and valued suppliers
• PA support - diary management, travel and admin tasks for all the team
• Secretarial - arranging meetings, minute taking, accurate proof reading
• Day to Day management - timesheets, inductions, protocols, Excel spreadsheets
• Office management - supplies, technical equipment management
• Financial - on-line banking, petty cash reconciliation, invoicing, credit control (monthly management accounts externally managed)
• Managing weekly workflow progress/production/estimating through the studio
• Budgeting - ensuring estimates/budgets and time allowances are adhered to

Ideally you are numerate, good management skills, methodical and good at client liaison. Some previous experience at running a team of designers useful, so too is art training. Studio operation is your future. Start date ASAP
