Key Responsibilities


• Working with the marketing team to produce a wide range of marketing materials both online and print (e.g. print and online adverts, icons/images for website, artwork for exhibition stands, infographics, brochures, etc.)
• Conceptualise, design and implement creative graphics projects on time and within budget
• Create images that identify with the product and convey our message
• Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, and websites
• Select colours, images, text style, and layout that suit our brand guidelines
• Incorporate changes recommended by the team into final design of materials
• Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them
• Prepare materials for printing
• Liaise with external partners to execute our design requirements correctly

Qualifications & Experience Required


• Minimum 2:1 degree in Design or other creative degree
• Previous experience in a creative role is desirable
• Experience creating high-res final artwork, ready for print. Materials needed will range from leaflets to event exhibition stands.
• Knowledge in the creation of design materials for website, social media and email marketing, among other channels.
• Advanced knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign. Good to have: Illustrator.
• Understanding the different artwork requirements for each medium (formatting, colour pallets, image/font sizing, bleeds, etc).
• Experience dealing with printers and quotes.
• Creating materials adhering to brand guidelines and using attention to detail to ensure quality in the designs and avoid costly mistakes.
• Knowledge of video editing, animation and moving image would be a plus, but not a requirement.


You will be part of the marketing team, but ultimately the person responsible for creating our designs, so we need someone who is resourceful and capable of working and solving problems on their own.


An interest in data, technology and the world economy, plus an ability to cite recent developments in data privacy (e.g. recent data breaches, GDPR, Privacy Shield), would be an advantage.


You must be eligible to work in the UK.
