Redemption Roasters is a specialty coffee company with a difference. We are the world's first prison-based coffee company. At our roastery in Aylesbury Prison and our other prison training academies we train young offenders in roasting and competition-level barista skills with the aim of reducing reoffending in the UK. We have over 130 wholesale clients and operate four coffee shops based in Central London, where we offer employment opportunities our prison graduates.

We are looking for a creative and organised person to join our HQ team. This position would suit a recent graduate or someone looking to get into the creative industry. We are a small company and so your remit will be wide with duties including:

- Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans;
- Planning and implementing promotional campaigns;
- Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence;
- Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread our brand and content;
- Web design and day-to-day management of the company website;
- Creating and manage relationships with press and influencers;
- Dealing with enquiries from the public, the press, and related organisations;
- Writing and producing presentations and press releases;
- Day-to-day graphic design tasks using Adobe Suite;
- Producing high quality printed and digital materials; and
- Ad hoc office and administration tasks as necessary to support other members of the HQ team.

Hours: full time: 45 hours per week

Pay: Competitive + possible performance-related pay
