Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior Editor / Post Production Manager to join our fast growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both creative and managerial roles.


The ideal candidate will lead our edit team overseeing all briefs, establishing and maintaining workflows as well as hands on editing for the more high-profile pieces of work. We would love this person to bring their experience to mentor & improve our current workflow.


Key Duties & Responsibilities
Managing day to day running of the edit team, policing workflows, mentoring and guiding editors through technical and day to day issues.
Overseeing briefs for all levels of post–production and delegating to team.
Scheduling and deadlines, ensuring that all are met throughout the post-production process.
Continuously improving team operations, quality and performance
Working closely with clients throughout the post-production stage of the job.
Ensuring a high level of work across all work.
Hands on in the edit process working collaboratively with creative team / Directors
Colour correction and grading videos, conforming to broadcast and social standards and guidelines.
Work flexibly and reactively to a high volume of workflow
Ensuring all content is produced within brand guidelines and in-keeping with the tone of FMLY CRTV’s work, as finishing elements such as grade/sound design/VFX
Oversight of departmental budget


Essential Skills & Requirements
In depth knowledge of the post production process
Creative thinker and innovator with an acute eye for engaging visual storytelling.
Keen attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure
Excellent customer service skills, patient and friendly
Agency / Post Production house Experience is a must
Ability to create mid-range animation and motion/static graphics.
A good eye for Graphic Design is preferred.
Edit to an exceptional standard using Adobe Premiere Pro.
Audio mixing and mastering to a high standard.
Basic colour grading would be a plus!
Professional experience of the Adobe Creative suite with exceptional proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop.
Basic working knowledge of camera equipment, including Sony/Red/Arri.
Experienced in data wrangling, ingest settings, transcoding, video codecs and formats etc
