Designwerk are looking for a Studio Assistant with a couple of years’ experience in the industry to join our busy studio on a 3 Month Internship, with the potential to join the team full time thereafter.

Designwerk is an award-winning creative agency specialising in 360 integrated brand delivery for the sporting world.

Our ideal candidate will be confident and enthusiastic, with a calm and efficient, can-do attitude.

A strong handle on Microsoft Excel and experience working with the Adobe Suite is required and any resourcing/project management software is a real bonus.

A degree in marketing, events management or business for the creative industries is desirable but not essential. You will also have at least a year's experience in a similar role.

Role and Responsibilities:

• General admin duties - taking phone calls, collecting and sending post, arranging couriers, replenishing stationery stock, keeping the studio looking tidy

• Collating and circulating weekly production updates to the team

• Helping to coordinate the studio calendar, adding new meetings and events to the diary

• Assisting the team with adhoc project requests - pulling together archive material, sourcing imagery and project research such as music, font and image licensing

• Assisting with client meeting prep and ensuring that everyone is well looked after

• Social media marketing assistance as required - collating content from the design team and planning posts

• Helping arrange extensive travel for the director and senior team members; ensuring appropriate visas, expense and itinerary requirements are flagged to senior management

• Preparing for the resource meetings with department heads

• Posting job advertisements and keeping track of candidate applications, ensuring the right team members are involved with recruitment at the right stages

• Working alongside senior management to help source freelancers when required

• Creating and updating databases for freelancers, production suppliers etc

• Planning company social events once a month

• Any level of project management experience is desirable but not necessary
