Come join Acrylicize, a multidisciplinary creative studio that is exploring the boundaries between art and design in the context of place-making and identity. We design and work closely with fabricators to produce and install bespoke art installations to express a brand or identity, disrupting both the traditional art world model and accepted notions of branding.

As a Senior Designer, you will be a role model in the studio, contributing to the execution of projects from inception through to production, working closely with Project Managers and senior members of staff. You will help the team to grow by providing solid design experience across the lifecycle of our projects as well as mentorship, guidance, and support for design team members. This role provides invaluable experience and creative grounding to the entire Acrylicize creative process.

You will be….

- Highly skilled in your craft with the ability to independently and collaboratively generate a diverse range of ideas
- Leading and overseeing small projects independently
- Supporting the team throughout the execution of projects
- Communicating with senior team members to receive feedback
- Providing mentorship to Junior Designers and ensuring they are given opportunities to learn
- Working directly with key suppliers and fabricators to specify materials
- Working with Project Managers and senior team members to identify key deliverables and work within pre-agreed timelines
- Preparing design review materials with senior team members

You must have…

- A specialism and experience in designing three-dimensional art installations
- A solid background in environmental installations, spatial design, product design, or sculpture
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- An eye for great design and excellent attention to detail
- Proven experience working as part of a team to create excellent work
