Award-winning, family-friendly, social media agency seeks AMAZING Senior Creative.

Are you a seasoned staffer with a mastery of social? Want to work at a leading social media agency (us)? Want to occasionally roll around on the floor cuddling one of our office dogs? If so, we’ve got a job for you!

Let us level with you here: this is not a junior role. We’re a fast-paced, reactive social media company and we need a Senior Creative with oodles of experience and the ability to juggle massive campaigns, BAU content, client needs, the management and development of people and all that’s in-between.

Reporting directly to the account Associate Creative Director, you’re a conceptual and strategic thinker who’s a slave to the idea. You’re a writer in the first instance, but able to art direct in a pinch, and you have a portfolio brimming with social-first campaigns. You can take client feedback on the chin and check your ego at the door, and once the idea is done, you’ll be ready to roll up your sleeves and work with the Design & Video departments to create the perfect deliverable.

You’re at your happiest whilst applying your wealth of social media know-how across multiple projects, with the ability to oversee and quality-control the work of other creatives and work collaboratively with other teams within the agency - and you’re equally at home overseeing multi-channel campaigns or crafting the perfect tweet.

Key Experience

• Demonstrable experience managing the entire creative process, from ideation to delivery.
• The ability to take the word ‘ideation’ seriously.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – we don’t expect you to be a designer or editor, but we expect you to work closely with the genius’ (genii?) who are.
• The ability to think social-first, but to also have BIG ideas that can live anywhere.
• Bags of initiative and the ability to manage your own time.
• Experience working with large, corporate clients.
• Line management experience a plus, but not required.

It goes without saying that you’ll need to be adept at Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and beyond. You’ll have a strong opinion on what’s best for which platform and a proven track record on social platforms whether that’s personal or professional. Additionally, you’ll have a strong understanding on how to utilise these platforms for brands. In short: you live and breathe social.
