We are looking for a hands on Project Manager/ Account Manger with 4-5 years experience of working in a fast paced highly creative small design agency.

As the only full time non- designer in the studio, the role is very diverse and needs someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in!

The role will include:
– Writing project proposals, detailed timelines and fee estimates
– Management and running of existing projects and being the key contact for clients
– New business generation as well as putting together studio creds and attending new business meetings
– Studio scheduling and holding daily catch ups on all projects with the design team and Creative Director
– General running of the studio and meeting and greeting of visitors
– Management of any suppliers including printers, signage manufacturers, illustrators and freelancers
– Scheduling invoicing and ensuring all clients accounts are up to date including keeping track of project expenses including print cost and couriers etc.

This is a key role within the studio and will require you to work closely with the Creative Director. The ideal candidate should be calm under pressure, able to work independently and manage multiple projects and clients at once.

The role is for 10 months and includes a 4 week hand over period with the current project manager who will then be on maternity leave.
